Debashis Sen is a seasoned public administrator and former IAS officer who served as Additional Chief Secretary (IT) and as MD/CMD for Smart City New Town for 15 years. An ENA (France) alumnus with executive training at Harvard Business School and the IMF Institute, he specializes in policy formulation, AI adoption advocacy, smart-city development, IT and startup policy, strategic planning, and urban governance.
